I appreciate how easy it is to find the products I'd like to check out on your website! It is also very easy to order the right product(s) I'm needing and to track my order(s) as they are processed and shipped! However, I do have one issue that I hope is resolved asap! I received the wrong order yesterday! The mailing label had my name & address on it but the packing slip inside had the actual purchaser's name (street address, city & state) on it and her written order on it and of course, the products she ordered were in the mailing envelope! I contacted this company last evening by email (and received an automated response email fairly quickly that assigned a ticket # to it) but have not heard a word back from them regarding what they intend to do to immediately resolve this issue! I ordered my items because I am nearly out of my vape juice and was expecting to receive my order tomorrow Monday (according to the estimated delivery time). I am so hoping that the right order is delivered tomorrow or I will have to buy products locally at a higher cost! Which in effect will cost me more then double to buy the products that I've already paid for through this site! I expect some sort of a refund if my real order does not arrive tomorrow as was told to me! I also expect a prepaid envelope so that I can return these wrong items to your company or to mail directly to the person that actually ordered these products (since I have her name and address on the packing slip. I'll bet she is awaiting her order, now late and quite possibly has my order...and wondering how you can help her return it or send it to me...which will be an extremely late delivery to me! In any event, I am sincerely hoping that your company will rectify the situation immediately! Free overnight shipping of the correct products to me?
