Very good customer service the second time around. First interaction wasn’t that great, but the second rep reconciled the situation with understanding. Not giving 5 stars because both X-Force mods I ordered were faulty. This is really a reflection on the SMOK company though, that’s why I’m still giving Electric Tonacconist 4stars.
