Service was great. And the shipment arrived quickly. I am having an issue with the product. My cartridges don’t seem to last nearly 400 puffs. I did just get a new battery from the V2 company. And didn’t receive my entire last order. Think I am going to have to try a different brand. Quality isn’t as good as when I first started this brand over 3-5 years ago.
