I found this site after getting notified that my e-cigarette brand went out of business .. I found site easy to manage ..and selected the FIN product line upon quick receipt of product , I reported issues with batteries not retaining charge after first use.. contacted Customer Service and they immediately shipped 4 additional replacement batteries . That seem to be working better than original 8 that I ordered...I’m happy with product and rated 4 stars because of the initial battery issues, but the excellent customer service gave me faith that they are willing to Make you happy and your business is important to them.
