I placed my order early on a Monday morning and immediately received a confirmation email. 24+ hours later I had still not received a shipping email. I checked my order history and it showed as being dispated less than an hour after the order was placed but did not show a tracking ID. I contacted support who then emailed the tracking ID. Because my orders are shipped to a PO box I use only occasionally I need to track my orders to know when they will be delivered. This was my first order so I hope for my future orders I don’t have to continually contact support to get the tracking ID.
