ET is a good company in my opinion. They have the lowest prices I've found on Juul pods, they deliver on time, offer decent promotions such as free shipping over $25 and seem to have good customer service, although I haven't had to use customer service in a super involved way yet. The only thing I noticed they didn't disclose up front was the international service fee when you pay with Paypal. It was only $0.87, so not a big deal. This could be a problem on Paypal's end, but it might be nice if ET put a notice during the checkout process that Paypal is going to charge you extra if you use it. If I order from ET in the future, I'm most likely going to use a different method than Paypal for payment.
