I purchased the starter kit not realizing that the kit does not include the cartridges. Which I think is not a good way to sell this item. Why would you sell part of something? I did email support and got a immediate response. The cartridges were hard to locate so they helped me with that. I purchased them. Waiting for them to arrive. I hope this is worth it.
