I recently placed an order with Electric Tobacconist USA, and the Post Office mis-delivered it. I contacted Electric Tobacconist and they resent my order via Priority Mail so I could receive it in time for my vacation. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. The Electric Tobacconist USA has great prices, and their website is easy to use and the ordering process is simple. I will continue to order from this company.
