It’s difficult to change from one business to another but it’s been a fairly decent crossover. I had an issue with an order, customer service was helpful in telling me how to return what I received. Now I’m just waiting to see how quick I get a credit on my charge card.
I would prefer to speak with a representative versus emailing back-and-forth.
