Horrible customer service. I emailed them about a Juul device that has stopped charging and wanted information on how to get it warrantied. They emailed back a day later asking some question and troubleshooting suggestions. I emailed them back immediately and answered all the questions. Then nothing! I haven't heard anything back for over 2 weeks despite several emails. Be warned they may have good prices, but if you need help beyond that good f****** luck!!!!!!
