I ordered a Drizzle Fit for my wife because our local vape shop quit carrying it and she really liked this model. This one does not stay charged as well as her last one but she enjoys it when it works. The thing that impressed me the most is the customer service ET provides. The order arrived Fri evening before Labor day. I emailed ET on Saturday concerning a problem not expecting to hear anything until Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked my email a few hours later and found I had already received an answer. Instructions were provided and they problem quickly resolved. I sent a thank you email and 4 minutes later received a follow-up. All this on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend.
