Electric Tobacconist has always had extremely quick shipping policies in the 6 months that I have been using them. Their prices are more than competitive with local shops. Also, when they say "Purchase in the next X hours for same day shipping." they mean it! The one thing I would change is the frequency of promotional emails. I used to buy a new device every couple weeks, but now I just vape and enjoy the device I have. I'm sure some of the promotions are due to fear of legislation taking down online sales, but it gets a little annoying. I will continue supporting your team for the long haul!
