My card was charged twice. Submitted 3 tickets to their help desk, recieved 3 emails saying " your ticket has been moved to top priority" and still have not gotten a response. Terrible customer service. I don't understand how you can have a disclosure saying you'll respond within 10 mins and it's been well over that. Terrible first experience. Will never shop here again.
