EXTREMELY UPSET. ORDERED A SMOK G-PRIV 3, REPLACEMENT COILS, AND TWO BATTERY PACKS.
UPON USING THE DEVICE, I KEPT GETTING AN ATOMIZER ERROR. I REPLACED THE COIL WITH ONE OF THE REPLACEMENT PACKS. GOT AN ADDITIONAL ERROR. PUT A THIRD ONE IN, AND IT WORKED. SO, TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE COILS WERE FAULTY.
OF THE BATTERY PACKS, ONE HELD A CHARGE AS IT SHOULD; THE OTHER DID NOT, DESPITE BEING IDENTICAL PACKS AND BRANDS.
CONTACTED ELECTRIC TOBACCONST, AND WAS PROVIDED AN "E-WALLET" CREDIT TO COVER THE REPLACEMENTS.
ORDERED THIS ITEMS, UPGRADED THE FREIGHT, ONLY TO RECEIVE A PARTIAL ORDER. NO NOTE OR EXPLANATION. AS SO, I REACHED OUT TO THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEIR INVENTORY WAS OFF AND THE BATTERIES ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
I CHECK THE ENTIRE SITE, AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BATTERIES THAT WILL FIT MY DEVICE WHATSOEVER. AND, YET, I HAVE A CREDIT THAT CAN NOT BE APPLIED ON THE ITEM I NEED.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.
