Fast delivery, good prices, good selection are what Electric Tobacconist delivers. The only problem I have had is in getting a refund for a double charge online. 10 days later- still no refund. This is beginning to sour me a bit as a frequent, long time customer. If you don't need a refund, they are a 5 star company.
