The website is easy to use, ordering was a breeze but the only downside is shipping. I'm not sure if this is due to the corona virus or not but it took over a week to get the products. I paid s little extra for shipping on both orders and it was the same result. I received email notification within 2 days that the items had been processed and shipped, even given a tracking number. They then sat for 4 or 5 days in Boulder, CO. They were being shipped to Portland, OR. That shouldn't take 7 business days. I'm just stating what happened twice for your information. If they were given to a postal service and were held for a while, that's not really on your company.
