Placed a books' order on 9th of November and I am still waiting to be delivered now on 29th of Jan. Ridiculous waiting time with no real explanation. They just used our money and when I call to ask for updates they just push me to cancel the order because they don't know when they will have the books delivered. Their website still sell those books though!
