“Am anulat o comanda pt care primeam o carte cadou si am facut alta. Uimire: a venit cartea cadou de la prima comanda cu un cost de transport de 20 de lei. Cu greu am reusit sa fac retur. Dupa 2 luni de la retur a trebuit sa le amintesc sa imi dea si banii pt transportul cartii cadou nesolicitata. Total neprofesionisti din toate punctele de vedere! Nu as mai cumpara niciodata de la ei!”
