“Dacă până acum am fost mulțumită de acest site, acum mă declar nemulțumită. Comenzile din 8.04 și 9.04( cărți și un parfum pentru ziua fiicei mele) nu le-am primit nici acum. Am tot sunat, am fost amânată, dusă cu vb, ca acum sa mi se spună că nu sunt în stoc. De doua luni??? De ce nu ați spus atunci că nu sunt in stoc? Am fost înțelegătoare, am așteptat...un copil își așteaptă cadoul de doua luni!!! Rușine!”

“I have ordered 2 books and after about one month there was no update on the order. I have contacted customer support, they asked me if I want to cancel or keep waiting. I said I still want the books so I will wait. It has been another week and the order has no update. Really bad experience.”

“I waited 83 days for a book, and they never notified me that it was out of stock. Customer support is the worst in Romania, and this company has one of the lowest ratings online. I believe they will go bankrupt in a couple of years.”

“Placed a books' order on 9th of November and I am still waiting to be delivered now on 29th of Jan. Ridiculous waiting time with no real explanation. They just used our money and when I call to ask for updates they just push me to cancel the order because they don't know when they will have the books delivered. Their website still sell those books though!”
