“NU comandati de la ei! Va luați teapa! Am plătit un parfum cu voucher de 150 lei plus diferența de 81 lei cu card bancar. După o luna și jumătate, după ce am facut sesizare la ANPC, mi-au anulat comanda, am primit 81 de lei pe card înapoi, dqr de voucher sau restul de 150 de lei nici nu au pomenit! Sunt nevoita sa depun plângere la politie pentru frauda!”

“Am comandat 10 carti pe 15.11.2024 cu estimare de livrare 06-18.12.2024. Dupa ce i-am contactat de nenumarate ori pentru ca acele carti erau cadouri pentru Craciun, mi-au trimis un mail in care imi spun ca furnizorul nu poate trimite cartile pana pe data de 15.02.2025. 3 luni. Inadmisibil!”

“Am așteptat peste 2 luni o comanda, am primit e-mail in care au dat vina pe volumul mare de solicitări cu care se confrunta furnizorul lor, m-au asigurat ca se va rezolva rapid. Câteva zile mai târziu am primit un alt email în care ma anunțau ca au anulat comanda mea datorita faptului ca produsele nu mai sunt pe stoc.”

“Comanda intarziata 2 luni (1 luna menționată în mailul de confirmare al comenzii, inca o lună după data inițială la care trebuia să primesc comanda). Raspund greu la mail și nu acestea ar fi problemele daca ar modifica macar adresa la care trimit coletul cum I am rugat cu mențiunea că nu voi mai fi acolo la acea dată după a doua întârziere. Au explicat in mailurile primite cu copy paste că trebuie sa modific eu adresa după ce o trimit ei, deși nici în aplicația Cargus nici pe site nu o pot modifica eu pentru că awbul trimis pare a fi inexistent. Mulțumesc elefenta.ro, va doresc tot profitul că pare că aveți nevoie să investiți și în soluționarea problemelor clienților și în încrederea dumneavoastră online acum că văd că din 53 de review-uri aveți media de nici măcar 1.5 stele.”

“Lipsa de comunicare, lipsa de profesionalism, incasati banii si apoi 0 implicare pt livrarea produselor la timp. Aveti stoc, produse si cand se face plata se schimba statusul comenzii in foarte scurt timp. Pentru un colet din 2 produse cu termen de livrare maxim 3 zile lucrătoare, am primit doar unul (5ZILE), celalalt ajunge in peste 4 săptămâni. Normal ca mai bine comanzi din exterior, site-uri internationale, macar stii o treaba. NU RECOMAND ABSOLUT DELOC ACEST SITE!”

“Am comandat de la ei 1 parfum, Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man, am vazut mai multe review-uri cum ca ei ar vinde fake-uri insa am zis sa incerc. Intre timp am comandat acelasi parfum de la notino. Ambele au ajuns in acelasi timp, intradevar, cel de la elefant a venit fara sigiliu de "originalitate", cu un batch code necorespunzator ( pe cutie scrie ca a fost fabricat in 2023, batch code spune 2024 ). Nu am deschis pachetul - pierzi 40% din cat ai dat pe el daca ii faci retur deschis. Am completat formularul de retur, nu am fost contactat, curierul nu a venit, nimeni nu raspunde. Chiar va rog sa nu cumparati de la ei.”

“Nu cumparati de la ei. NU respecta deloc comenzile. AM comandat 4 peoduse. A venit doar unul singur. Am asteptat inca doua saptamani si nimic. AM facut reclamatie si au raspuns dupa 4 zile. DUpa alte cateva 3 zile ma trezesc cu o livrare, surpriza iar, a fost doar un produs din cele 3 ramase. a trebuit iar sa fac reclamatie pentru celelalte doua produse si tot asa. pierdere de timp pe banii mei. NU comandat de la ei!!”

“Gama variata de produse iar preturile sunt relativ ok. In ceea ce priveste returul, procesul a fost destul de simplu, singurul minus aici a fost ca banii au fost virati in ziua 15 dupa ce returul a fost procesat, am fost nevoit sa-i anunt ca nu imi primisem banii dar dupa apel, au fost virati urmatoare zi. Un minus este timpul destul de mare de livrare pentru majoritatea produselor dar in rest, e decent.”

“Am comandat un parfum Chanel No.5 100ml și surpriza, apa colorata cu miros de parfum. Nu este nevoie sa fii expert că să-ți dai seama că este contrafăcut. Am cumpărat foarte mult de pe acest site și nu am avut o asemenea problema, iar după acest eveniment nu o mai fac nici o dată. Că sa nu luați aceiași "teapa" că și mine, incercati sa nu comandați de pe elefant.ro. Mare dezamăgire........ L-am dat și cadou , așa, că să mă fac de râs în noaptea de Crăciun. Asta e viața. Sfat - învățați din greșeala mea.”

“Am achiziționat un ceas din oțel inoxidabil, rezistent la apă, care a ruginit în cutie. Mă întreb ce s-ar fi întâmplat dacă l-aș fi ținut în umezeală? Am făcut o sesizare în acest sens și nu m-a ajutat nimeni. Sunt foarte dezamăgită de elefant.ro.”

“They charge delivery fee for every item you ordered. For example, in my case, I ordered two educational posters for school and instead of receiving them together, they sent them separately, just so I would be forced to pay delivery fee twice. It goes without saying there was no mention of this when I placed the order, which means what I agreed to pay on the site is different from what they actually charge when they deliver. I read on a blog they did this to someone who ordered seven books. Seven books, seven times the delivery fee. It truly is a disgusting policy for a company.”

“I've ordered a watch :"Ceas Fossil Abilene CH3016" before Christmas, early December. The package should have arrived before Christmas but nothing like that happened. So I call them to see whats happening with my order because i have no new notifications and the year 2018 has passed yet no package. I recieved the explanation that the supplyer had some problems nad cant make the delivery. Fine, i can understand that but why did no one notify me?? I've canceled the order. A few days past and I check the website again for a watch. I found the same watch but now with a bigger discount and I tought to myself that the supplyer problem is fixed, why else could this watch be for sale again. So I place a second order with the same product. 2 Weeks passed by and nothing. I contacted them and recieved the same answer, but when i asked "why is the watch still on display when in the last 2 months you cant honorr this order?" they had no answer. I'll never order from them again. Customer service is verry bad. Money wasted.”
