I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. There was a bit of a delay, but I contacted the Customer support team and they sorted it out immediately (It was a supply problem,owing to Covid) and upgraded delivery to next day, free of charge. My daughter is absolutely delighted with her hoodie! Excellent customer service.
