I ordered a top and tried to enter 20% off code but site would not accept it so I assumed my item was not in the offer. I ordered anyway and paid. Next day I read a fb ad that said it was across the range and read a review from someone with same problem. I wrote on there too and had a response from Elsie’s attic providing an email address for me to enquire to. I did this a week ago and no response. Item arrived on time and is perfect but for me a company with bad customer service is a no no. I now wonder what would have happened had I needed a refund if item had to be returned.

Revised review.
As soon as Elsie’s attic saw my review they got in touch with an email address for me to contact. I did so and was replied to immediately. I have since had an apology for the oversight and was refunded the money that the code should have given me plus p&p. This has totally restored my faith in this company and I shall now be ordering the same top in a different colour. Many many thanks and now my new review reflects the true customer service!!!
