I am really impressed with the customer service. My package got lost in the post and I can’t fault Vicki and Gemma with their polite, fast and informative response. Nothing was too much trouble. There are huge companies and shops who don’t deal with their customers as well as Elsie’s Attic have done. My item has finally arrived and it’s perfect. Excellent service. Xxxx
