I saw this advertised on FB and whilst I loved the look of the bag was dubious as you hear so many FB shopping horrors! Decided to take the plunge and order. Over a week later no bag appeared and began to worry I’d been duped. Contacted Elsie’s Attic half expecting no response and was contacted by a lovely lady called Gemma. She tracked my order down and followed up that it had been delivered. Bag arrived and loved it! Great customer service, despite the initial delay and fab product to boot!
