Order did not arrive within 48 hours so the following day, (day 3), I messaged to enquire about tracking details. I was eventually advised the NEXT day, despite my message being read on that day, that my order had actually not been sent, despite the fact I had received dispatch emails. I phoned customer services because the messaging system was taking so long. I was told there was a fault with one of the items & they had decided to wait for stock, however, the item then went out of stock. All of this without informing me. I said that was unacceptable. I was offered the same item in an alternative colour. I accepted, asked for my delivery charge of £3.99 to be refunded & for my order to be sent out as a priority, free of delivery charges. This was done & I received my items the next day. So although it ended well, I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I hadn't chased it up? Would I still be waiting for my original order to turn up? So I would say communication from your end is an issue. Once I made contact with YOU things moved swiftly. I would be wary about ordering again, seems unorganised & a general lack of communication or even thought for your customers.
