I ordered a grey star tote bag. It’s a perfect size for my needs. However unfortunately it is faulty and I am awaiting my replacement. I received an email response very quickly when I got in touch and feel that my needs have been dealt with very well. Unfortunately not every item is perfect every time and this time it was my item. I’ve ordered from Elsie’s attic before and will do so again.
