Elsie attic are truly amazing. I ordered a number of different skirts from places all come and were terribly made. I emailed Elsie’s exposes all of this to them.
They checked the length of the size 18 because I am a size larger, to make sure it fitted and to check the correct colour I wanted was in stock. After I brought the item I sent her the purchase code and she had packed it that day. It arrived the day after and it’s truly amazing .... can’t wait to wear it.
