The product is nice and was delivered quickly but my one gripe was that I put my husbands name on the delivery address, as it was going to my workplace whilst I was off and we work at the same place, along with my sister. It is a xmas present for my sister so I didn't want her to see it. However, it was sent with the billing name on it so she was very close to opening it on behalf of my mum. Other than that though, I was happy with the delivery and product
