I ordered a khaki green tote bag and I fell in love when it arrived!! (Delivery was earlier than expected as well!) Lovely quality and exactly what I wanted. When I had to get in contact with the customer service team for a missing strap they were very apologetic and sent me a spare strap the same day! Excellent customer service and so very friendly! Would recommend to anyone!
