Have previously had great service but sadly not this time. Having heard nothing for 2 weeks post purchase I emailed to ask for advice on where my order was. I was then emailed back and told there was a problem with the suppliers of one of the dresses I had ordered. They would send it on to me as soon as it arrived. I am therefore still without either dress, one of which was meant for this weekend. If I had known in advance that the dresses would not be arriving within the 2 week window I could have ordered something else. I am still looking forward to receiving my order.... fingers crossed!
