Everything was fine with my purchase and I love the dress I bought. However, I had to wait for the dress I wanted to return to stock and I had to keep accessing the site myself to check for stock (which I wouldn't do if I really didn't like the item). I did email customer service and was told I would have to do this. It would be really helpful if you had a 'notify me when back in stock' function as many other retailers do.
