Item I ordered was out of stock, although not noted when I ordered. Was emailed a couple of days later saying it would be dispatched the following week but nothing more until I emailed to ask for news. It arrived two days later but I was still charged full delivery (£3.99) and quality isn't quite as good as I'd hoped. Emails were friendly and replies prompt, however. Wouldn't necessarily put me off ordering again.
