It’s my first purchase and I had no idea the items I purchased are on “pre order”. Two weeks on I still have no delivery and no idea of when to expect the items. Only discovered the status as a result of me contacting them. Pretty disappointed with my first experience, particularly after checking so many rave reviews siting “quick delivery”.
