I am giving this rating based on other orders I have placed through Elsie’s Attic. Unfortunately this time I was not sent the dress I ordered. I rang and organised a free return in view of receiving the dress I wanted. I was informed that it wouldn’t be possible to despatch the dress I ordered until he return was received. It is unfortunate as I ordered the dress to wear to an event which was last weekend.
