The items I ordered were of great quality and were exactly as seen on the site.
Customer service by Gemma was second to none. Following a call to Elsie's Attic to ask if they could help me in getting some items posted to ensure I had them in time for a birthday, Gemma checked the orders and picked my items and ensured that they were posted out that day. They arrived in good time.
All in all a great experience which will ensure my continued custom.
