I recently ordered from Elsie's Attic for the first time. The item unbeknown to me was incorrectly priced online. As a customer you expect the price you see to be the price you pay which I did in good faith. I was advised the item was actually £10 more. I suggested that as a goodwill gesture and given this was my first order that this order could be honoured at the price I paid. This was declined.
I will not be shopping with this company again given the poor service I received.
