The hoodie which arrived is fantastic and now much loved by the person it was bought for. I also ordered a dress which I am still waiting for. I had a quick response once I messaged via Facebook to query why it hadn’t arrived but still awaiting a response to my query about if it can be sent first class as I have already waited a week.
