Disappointed with the communication from Elsies Attic, my order said to allow 7 days for delivery but 10 days later there was no sign and no news. After emailing to ask they did respond very quickly explaining the delay, only for me to get a further email the next day saying one item would be refunded but no indication which item or why! The dresses were lovely and good quality when they arrived, but very disappointed with the lack of updates regarding delivery.
