No email to confirm delivery dates
No email to advise of order delays
Delivery fee expensive and slow
No help from customer services just stand answers and apologies
Used their returns process via Royal Mail.
Royal tracking confirmed returned yet EMP say not received.
Money not returned within 10 days as per company policy
It’s a scam and very much doubt I’ll get my money back.
