One t shirt very light, logo seems sticky and patchy, varies from website photo in colour, one logo seems to have a margin who gives the front of the t shirt two shades of black or else the shirt has two shades of black. Never buying here again. Spend extra, buy elsewhere.

Still waiting for my refund. It's been 3 weeks and all I get is 'it's a technical problem'. Terrible service. Never use them again.

Awful - Selling cheap Chinese imports for top German made prices. BOOTS fell apart within 5 weeks. Still not had a refund. Will never use them again. No idea what happened - they used to have a good reputation but the quality is shocking.

After purchasing an item from EMP I have had hundreds of hacking attempts made on the email address I used, and all have originated from roughly the same location as the companies main office, giver ot take a few miles, never order from this company!

I ordered something dec 20th and it’s January 25th and still being prepared. They have no real customer service and I’ve reach out 4xs no response

Really bad experience with the parcel not arriving . The order was made 2 December and it wasn’t delivered from a Christmas gift . Went to PayPal and they sorted an immediate refund. Very poor service .

I have been a regular customer of EMP for many years but no longer. Recently I spent approx £60 on items for Christmas gifts. I paid the usual way though paypal, but on checking my account discovered they had taken payment twice. In investigation through PayPal shows they took the money once as a regular purchase and had also set up the payment as a recurring payment which also came out of my account! I cancelled the recurring payment and then tried to contact EMP Customer Service through their online chat and it was so poor - whenever anyone tried to type a messge the chat would close down. So I emailed them. Not only did they deny any knowledge of the duplicate payment but they were very abrupt and rude. I raised a dispute with Paypal and after much running about, received what I thought was a refund for the duplicate charge. I was wrong. They had actually CANCELLED my order so it appeared as if I'd received a refund for the duplicate payment, but in fact I have still been charged the extra payment and I don't even have an order to show for it. So now I am having to go through the rigmarole of another dispute with Paypal to get what is owed me. I am genuinely upset and appalled after being such a loyal customer. I can only assume from the other poor reviews on here that others are suffering with their inability to refund money too. I wil never use them again.

Always god clothes but that’s the curse, as the delivery is absolutely awful. Each time it gives me a delivery date of 4-7 days but my order doesn’t come for about 2 weeks. I should try to find a place which does better delivery in 2023 but as I said EMP have a great selection of cloths and that’s the curse of the infernate loop of slow delivery frustration

Still waiting for refund from April had used this site for a while and never thought I'd be warning others to not use it but if they can rob me of my hard-earned cash when I can only work part-time they deserve to not have any loyal customers at all.....remember what goes around comes around

Used to be a great company and we have had lots of great clothes from them, customer services used to be great, but over last 6 months or so they take pay ment for orders for things they son't have in stock, take ages to tell you they arent in stock, you od eventually get a refund but takes a while. Most recetn order they are trying to say they gave a dobule refund on a previous order, We can see on our online bank acoount that they didn't. It is still unclear if items we want are in stock and there is no phone number for us to contact them - just a chat function thing, they have really gone downhill, not sure if it is Brexit related supply issues? We are still working ot resolve this but not easy when communicating with chat function and no opportunity to speak to a human. N.B The issues are recent - they used to be a great company to deal with

Extremely poor customer service , took almost 2 months to get a proper refund and even then they deducted costs they had originally agreed to cover. They appear to be set up adequately from on IT perspective. Couldn’t provide return labels and the accounts department work manually Avoid purchasing with this company at all costs !!!

Terrible do not order from this company! No email to confirm delivery dates No email to advise of order delays Delivery fee expensive and slow No help from customer services just stand answers and apologies Used their returns process via Royal Mail. Royal tracking confirmed returned yet EMP say not received. Money not returned within 10 days as per company policy It’s a scam and very much doubt I’ll get my money back. Be warned!

My gran ordered a jacket for me (about £70), what we got was a T - shirt with an £5 price tag on it which wasn't even associated with the same band as the item we ordered nevermind actually being what we ordered, no confirmation email from EMP, and the post delivery person was unable to scan the package to confirm he had delivered it

Do NOT deal with these people. I returned goods three months ago, no refund of money spent or postage. They say it takes 5-7 days, that's a lie. Email after email. They are scammers

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. These guys ignore your emails and requests as soon as your order is placed and payment is processed. Very bad supplier, do not order.

Placed an order 6th September 2022. Advised would be delivered before 16th September. They incorrectly refunded an item twice (that was done at the end of August) and I have paid them back one of the refunds (on 12th September). Chased them on 15th September to see where my order was (as it doesn’t confirm dispatched) and my account had a block on it because of the refund they had given. Nobody had told me. Have queried this with this via there alleged ‘customer service’ chat portal on four occasions with no response. Have emailed them which received a standard acknowledgement advising a response in 48hrs but were now a week down the line and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. Tried ringing a number I found for them but surprise surprise, nobody answered. £173 quid out of pocket, no items received as order not dispatched yet, no response to my chat messages or email and they don’t answer the phone. Customer Services? You’re having a laugh!!! Absolute joke of a company.

Probably need check staff for properly ability for this job. Sending wrong size stuff. Second time. Customers need return, spend money, time. Which body and brains condition should be for mixing 3XL and M??? Exclusively pure.

Terrible app . Constant notifications. Discounts with conditions attached. Returns service a nightmare. No customer service. Shoddy products and sizing. VIP / BACK STAGE a rip off . Don't waste your money or time with these chancers .
