“Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ignoring several emails, facebook messages. Phone lines don't even work due to "technical issues" avoid like the plague. My order still shows as processing after a week and ther is no option to cancel. It's probably going to be a battle getting it canceled.”

“Ordered Christmas stuff 25th November, it never came, they've ignored countless emails, there isn't anyone answering the phones, finally managed to get my money back through my visa company and charge back. Never again, please avoid, they're not worth the hassle.”

“I ordered a t shirt for my partner and expected delivery date was 16/12/17 but it arrived earlier. so i am pleased with that.The print on the t shirt is great. I looked on another site for same t shirt and found it was more expensive and then a charge for p&p adding more expense. I am pleased with my purchase from Emp.”

“Terrible customer service, Terrible attitude, spoke over me and cut me off, extremely rude for a customer service agent. It has been a month since i placed my order and still nothing has arrived. they claim it is the courier but they wont simply call them to resolve it, they tell me i have to call them (and sit on hold for 40 minutes every time). By far the worst ever management of an online clothing company i have ever experienced. Will never shop with them again.”

“I am a regular customer of EMP, buying a wide variety of media products (CD, vinyl LP's and occasionally concert DVD's) and band and fan merchandise through them, also jewellery, clothing and accessories from such respected brands as Alchemy Gothic, Spiral, EtNox and Toltecs Amulet. They have a range of releases and merchandise exclusive to them which is also of the very best quality. Everything they sell is brand new, officially licensed and top quality. In four years of making dozens of orders via their website, I have never ever had occasion to complain about anything bought through them. Their customer service and communication over orders, re-stocks, occasional delays, etc. has been second to none. As a member of their "Backstage Club", I receive regular discounts and a variety of free items (t-shirts, CD's, rain capes, tote bags, petrol lighters, stationery items, etc.) with most orders -plus free shipping within the UK. EMP are one of the very largest companies in the world for rock merchandise and they have got where they are by being the best and also very competitive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
