“the return and refund process was appalling. it took near 2 months and dozens of emails to finally get my refund, and they sent a check instead of refunding my debit card. never again!”

“EMP has a VIP subscription for their customers which grants you free shipping and access to new stock before anyone else. They also offer discount codes and a free gift with every purchase over £10.00 if you are a VIP member, it costs under £10.00 for the year which is really good value for money! I ordered some clothes for a friends birthday, they were delivered quickly and the quality is great. I forgot to add an item to this order which was only £9.99 but because of the VIP membership I was able to order them seperatley without having to pay another shipping cost.”
