“There stuff is ok but you can get it all on Amazon a damn site cheaper. For example pack of 5 black fruit of the loom teeshirts on EMP is around 35 quid for a set. On Amazon there 15 quid for set. Brandit is also a popular brand on EMP merch. But again go on Amazon or any other site and you'll get it cheaper along with free postage too. The band merch stuff sure that's more or less legit on pricing when you go on to the band's ofically merch store which I prefer doing over using a 2nd carrier like EMP as at least I know the band I'm supporting is getting there profit but personally EMP merch is a rip off when you compare prices ellse where with what ever the brand was your buying. Now I just get brandit clothing off Amazon instead.”

“I ordered from EMP a couple of times. The first item I bought for Christmas (a watch) broke in the second I got it out of box but it was an easy fix so I didn't complain. I had no problem with the next 2 orders, they were nice, good quality clothes, but the most previous order I placed simply hasn't been delivered despite showing on the Royal mail tracking site that it has. I have tried getting this issue resolved but they take literally days to answer my emails, and there's no other way of contacting them. I'm not sure if I should actually wait for a replacement or just buy another one while they still have it in stock.”

“Placed 2 large orders, one on 6th and the second on 18th December. The first arrived with 2 missing items (1 they have charged for) the second is still yet to arrive. The order placed on 18th December stated guaranteed delivery by Christmas yet they didn't despatch until 23rd December so won't be here in time. Also I have no response to my emails about the missing items. Very disappointing, I won't order for them again.”
