There was an error when ordering. The address was wrong and I know I selected the right one. I left a message before they arrived for customer service but they told me they couldn't change the address or cancel the order because it's all done in a warehouse in Germany. Can't see how anything would be done at 3am anyway. So now it will go to an address over 130 miles away with no way of getting it , no way of changing it ....il never buy from emp again, their customer service stinks!
