Why this shop is still existing!?? It is such scam if you would want to returne something. Returned items worth 120£ 4 weeks ago and now I dont have no items nor refund. Awful customer service. Avoid shopping with esprit if dont want to waist your money. Thats shame as used to be a good shop but never more.
