I returned some items from my order, three weeks later I have just got a refund but it is £49 short. They are saying I have kept two of the items that I returned. I don't have proof of the individual items returned - just my proof of posting for the whole package. Terrible service, keep having to chase them every couple of days, who knows if I will get all my money back - will never buy from them again.
