Do not use this company, you will not see your money again!
I made a return at the start of December and have still not received my refund. I have been passed around, given forms to complete, told the money will be refunded immediately, told a manager would call me, told they are ‘already in contact with the relevant department’….absolutely every line possible without giving me a refund. I’m at a loss now as to what to do.
