Tried to return an item. You have to email them for permission and instructions! They kept saying that they didn’t recognise the order number despite me sending photos! I had to write repeatedly and then they eventually said that it was now outside their 30 day return window! Even though it wasn’t. Bunch of con artists. Avoid this company.
