If I could give them a 0 star review, I would! This company is a big scam, please don't waste your money and time ordering!! I ordered a coat from them that was too big so I had to return it. My return arrived at the UK depot on the 1st of December so I assumed that I will be seeing my money in the next few days after that. After 2 weeks of no refund, I contacted Esprit customer support to ask what was going on. I was told that after the parcel reaches their UK depot, it usually takes another 14 days for it to reach Germany. I got in touch with them multiple times after that and all they were able to say was nonsense about how much busier than usual they are and that parcels are now taking longer than usual. It's now been 2 months of no refund and I'm starting to lose hope that I'll ever see my money back.
