Terrible!!! I have recently sent 4 items back and just received an email that they will refund me for only 1 because they have received only 1!!!!! Where are the other 3? All were sent in one box with the return slip correctly ticked the items that I returned! I have to say that it happened to me second time and this time I will deffinitely stop shopping with them. There is no customer service, a woman I spoke to hang up when I demanded my money, they have to understand that customers wilI be upset after something like this. It's not my responsibility to check and make sure that the shop refunded me correctly, it't THEIR JOB!!!! If I didn't check my emails and bank account I wouldn't know about it and they don't care! I would be ashamed of explanation that they receive so many parcels every day etc. They are not the only shop receiving returns every day, if you don't have scanners working properly maybe you should not trade at all? Think about it Esprit. I asked how do they process the returns? They must have the parcels, return slips etc to process it, so where is my parcel containing the other 3 items? First time I called they were unable to give any answer, just said that this is not something what doesn't happens on usual basis, well I said it clearly DOES, if it happened to me again, I just also read other reviews and someone described the same situation. It's just unbelievable, will never shop again, AVOID!!!!
